Cats can supply us with endless hours of entertainment.  The poses I selected to paint below show just a portion of the possibilities of photo ops supplied by our feline friends.  The reflection of light in their eyes and the ambient lighting will definitely affect the outcome of the photo you take.  Although cats are quick to move, some of the cutest photos can come from the quiet moments.  Submitting the right photo for your custom pastel portrait will make the difference between a painting that is uninteresting and lifeless and one that has personality and a cuteness that will make you say, "Awww."                                        32
